Refreshing minty green tea, with nourishing qualities. Vibrant spearmint & peppermint combine with nutritious nettle, Sencha green tea and Eleuthro adaptogen to gently stimulate your mind, body & spirit.
Ingredients: Sencha green tea, peppermint, spearmint, nettle, lemongrass, eleuthro root.
Caffeinated
Flavor: Bright and minty, green & slightly grassy.
Brewing: Use 1-2 tsp. to infuse one cup. Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and let steep 3-5 minutes. Strain and sweeten if desired.
