Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, Cottonwood and Church does NOT accept returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased through our online store. Please throughly read product descriptions and review all photos before committing to your purchase.

Shipping

 

All in-stock items ship within 2-5 business days. 


Orders ship in recycled and/or recyclable packaging whenever possible.


Shipping cost varies based on distance, size, and weight of the item(s) in your order. Shipping is available in the continental United States. International shipping is NOT available at this time.


Once your package has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Cottonwood and Church is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a claim with the carrier & report to your local law enforcement.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Cottonwood and Church is not responsible for products that were shipped to an invalid or incorrect mailing address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked unclaimed, return to sender, or not deliverable, or any other reason by the carrier, you will be notified via the email provided at checkout. Your order will be refunded to the original payment method minus all shipping charges.

Shipping will not be refunded on any invalid or incorrect address returns, return to sender, or any other marked reason. If you would like your order resent, please place a new order with the correct or updated shipping information.


CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS:
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at cottonwoodandchurch@gmail.com. If your product has already been processed and shipped, our shop will NOT be able to change your shipping address and takes NO responsibility for the shipped products. Please be sure to accurately input your email and shipping address during check out.  


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS:
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact our shop at cottonwoodandchurch@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s). Please be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason you are seeking a return/replacement of your product(s) – including any applicable photographs showing the damage or incorrect product.
